A relaxing 45-minute experience featuring nature-inspired instruments and the resonant tones of 9 crystal singing bowls.The “Original” version begins with 15-20 minutes of nature-inspired instruments followed by a 25-minute sequence of crystal singing bowls and ending with calming nature sounds. Perfect for those who want the deep, meditative, sustained tones of the singing bowls.
The “Split” version features nature-inspired instruments throughout with two shorter crystal singing bowl segments (12 minutes each) separated by calming nature sounds. Perfect for those who are new to crystal singing bowls or who prefer the singing bowls in smaller doses or who love variety..

The Stressbuster is an abbreviated 25-minute version of the Nature Soundscape. Ideal if you want the Nature experience but don’t have alot of time.Just Bowls is 25 minutes of uninterrupted crystal singing bowls, Perfect for those who crave the deep, meditative, sustained tones of “just the bowls”.

A 65-minute experience to rebalance your 7 Chakra energy centers utilizing guided visualization, affirmations, aromatherapy, chimes, acoustic instruments and crystal singing bowls. This Sound Bath requires your participation (attention) to get the most out of it. If you want to just “bliss out”, then you may enjoy the Nature Soundscape Sound Bath more.Important Note: You will be facing away from the person speaking the guided visualization, so if spoken words sound mumbled or too quiet if you are not looking at the person speaking, whether you wear hearing aids or not, then the Chakra Rebalancing Sound Bath may not be the right choice for you.

Precautions for Sound Baths
I will not place a singing bowl or any instrument on your body during a Sound Bath. However, please consult with your doctor before attending if you have any of the following health conditions because certain sounds may have an adverse effect if:
You have epilepsy or a history of seizures
You get noise-triggered migraines
You have a high-risk or IVF pregnancy
You have a serious psychiatric disorder like schizophrenia
