A 45-minute immersive, relaxing experience featuring instruments that mimic the sounds of nature (ocean, rain, thunder, wind, birds, waterfalls) plus chimes and the resonant tones of 9 crystal singing bowls. -
Wednesday 7pm and Friday 4pm
An abbreviated 25-minute version of the Nature Soundscape. Ideal if you don’t have alot of time, or if you can drop into a relaxed state fairly quickly. -
Monday 4pm and Wednesday 10am
A 65-minute experience to rebalance your 7 Chakra energy centers utilizing guided visualization, affirmations, aromatherapy, chimes, acoustic instruments and crystal singing bowls. This Sound Bath requires your participation (attention) to get the most out of it. If you want to just “bliss out”, then you may enjoy the Nature Soundscape Sound Bath more. -

Precautions for Sound Baths
I will not place a singing bowl or any instrument on your body during a Sound Bath. However, please consult with your doctor before attending if you have any of the following health conditions because certain sounds may have an adverse effect if:
You have epilepsy or a history of seizures
You get noise-triggered migraines
You have a high-risk or IVF pregnancy
You have a serious psychiatric disorder like schizophrenia
